This is meant as a survival mechanism, but an intermittent fasting diet is designed to take advantage of the natural mechanism for the betterment of your physique. Fasting time is completely set by you and this technique promises maximal fat loss while maintaining your muscle structure thus keeping you fit. In other words, you can still eat all the things you love, as long as you only eat during your feeding windows.
