You get thirty second water breaks between each set, and the main workout, while pretty brutal, spreads the exercises evenly between lower and upper body, so no one area gets taxed unduly. Of course, the intensity level you bring will determine how hard the workout is, so listen to your body, and push yourself as hard as you can without compromising form! Warm up starts nice and slow. Word to the wise-remember than an INSANITY warm up is as tough as most normal workouts, so if you actually want a real warm up, do one yourself before pressing play. The Warm Up is about ten minutes, with each round being about three minutes and thirty seconds. Pace yourself! Not speak of the main workout itself!

Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance is one of the four workouts to be completed throughout the first four weeks of the program. Instead, Shaun T has you use your own body weight to build muscle. The workout is about 40 minutes total. As usual, the workout begins with a warm-up. The warm-up moves are repeated three times for a total of about 9 minutes.
In this workout, you will get thirty seconds time for drinking water between each set. So, Cardio power and resistance workout is a really very interesting and difficult workout. In this workout, the same amount of lower and upper body movement will occur. So, in this exercise, you will get proper benefits by movement all part of your body. I have already said this is one of the toughest workouts so you need to hear your body at the time of the workout.
