I wasted no time trying this one out. All you need is a mat and one hand weight. Most of the moves target more than one muscle group which makes the workout really efficient. Although Six Week Six Pack sounds like it would only be an ab workout, I found that both levels targeted all muscles. There were tons of lunges. Both levels take you through one circuit of moves, and then you repeat the circuit once. Not bad for a workout that can be done in your living room.
I could not possibly be more happy with my results. I expected to get a six pack. Just kidding. Almost every day. I skipped 8 days over the course of six weeks.

Here we go! It was hard. I got sweaty, tired, and sore, especially in the beginning. I got bored. There were two levels, you do one for 3 weeks then the other for 3 weeks. I literally had the whole DVD memorized by the end and was so tired of the same thing over and over. What got me through it?
